Merchant Hero - We Don't Sell. We Rescue. Call

For GoHighLevel agencies and other high-risk merchants

Stripe approved you in four minutes. That's the problem.

Instant approval isn't underwriting. It's a decision they postponed — and they make it on the morning they close you and sit on the balance.

High risk is our whole book. We take your file to underwriting ourselves, and we argue the approval and the terms.

Your account has been closed

After reviewing your account, we've determined that your business presents a level of risk we're not able to support. Payment processing has been disabled effective immediately.

Your remaining balance will be held for 180 days before any payout is considered.

This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Why it always ends this way

Stripe is easy to get into because nobody looked at you.

Instant approval is a deferred decision

No underwriter ever read your business. They onboarded you and let a model decide later. The speed you liked on day one is why the close arrives with no warning.

There is nobody to call

No analyst, no underwriter, no relationship. You submit documents into a form and get a templated reply. Nobody on their side is arguing your case, because nobody is assigned to it.

They hold the money. You still owe the work.

Clients still expect this month's work. Contractors still get paid Friday. None of that pauses because your balance did, and that gap is where agencies actually die.

We don't sell. We rescue.

It's been on our logo since day one, and it's the whole job. You don't need another signup form. You need somebody who'll go to the risk desk and argue.

Where most processors see high risk, our bank often sees moderate.

Almost everywhere else, a marketing or SEO agency gets scored in the same bucket as info-product launches. The bank we work with looks at agency files on their own terms — recurring monthly service, real delivery, real contracts — and a lot of them land at moderate rather than high risk.

It isn't automatic and it depends on what your file looks like. But it's the difference between terms you can live with and terms that slowly bleed you — and it isn't something you can shop for from the outside.

What you get instead

Somebody in the room arguing for you.

We build the file before it's submitted

Underwriters approve files, not businesses. Most agency declines aren't risk decisions — they're a thin file from somebody who didn't know what the desk needed to see.

We argue the terms, not just the approval

Reserve, hold period, volume caps — all negotiable, and all of it stays wherever it lands unless somebody pushes. We push, then push again once you've built history.

A direct line to risk when something flags

A volume spike, a chargeback cluster, a dispute that looks bad out of context. The difference between a note on your file and a held balance is whether someone calls underwriting that day.

MATCH isn't automatically a no

Depending on the reason code and who put you there, you're often not finished. Tell us the code and we'll tell you straight whether it's workable.

A GoHighLevel agency that started on Stripe, then moved to a traditional processor to get out ahead of it. That processor put a reserve on them, held it, and then shut them down with no notice whatsoever — at under a two percent chargeback ratio.

We went to work on the file. Eighteen months later they're still with us.

A GoHighLevel agency running SEO and listings management for local service businesses. Turned down everywhere they applied. Approved and processing since — coded moderate, not high risk.

How this actually goes

Three steps, and you know where you stand on the first one.

Fifteen minutes, and bring the real version

What you sell, how you deliver, what your history looks like, and what went wrong if something did. We've heard worse, and the honest picture builds a stronger file than the tidy one.

We package the file and take it in

Statements, chargeback ratios, proof of delivery, contracts. Assembled the way the risk desk needs to see it, and walked in by someone they already know.

You get a person, not a ticket queue

One name and one number who owns your file, knows your business, and picks up when something flags. Your MID stays in your legal entity, on your descriptor, settling to your bank.

Priority — currently down

Let's get you processing again this week.

Every day down is revenue you don't get back, so we don't sit on these. Pick the soonest time that works.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Why did Stripe shut down my GoHighLevel agency?

Aggregators like Stripe approve instantly without underwriting, then review later. Marketing and SEO agencies get scored in the same bucket as info-product launches, so recurring retainers and one-time build fees can trigger a closure long after onboarding, usually with no warning.

Can I get a merchant account if I am on the MATCH list?

Often yes. It depends on the reason code and who placed you there. Some banks will still review the file. Tell us the code and we will tell you straight whether it is workable. No outcome is guaranteed.

Do you need access to my GoHighLevel account?

No. You receive gateway credentials and paste them into your own payments settings. We never log into your HighLevel account and never touch your sub-accounts.

Whose name is the merchant account in?

Yours. Your MID, your legal entity, your descriptor, settling to your bank account. It is not a sub-account under somebody else's umbrella.

What industries do you place besides marketing agencies?

Auto warranty and vehicle service contracts, firearms and ammunition, furniture and big-ticket delivery, adult, nutraceuticals, CBD and hemp, travel, debt and credit services, subscription and continuity billing, and more than sixty other high-risk categories.

Being high risk doesn't mean you can't take payments. It means you need somebody who knows the room.

Auto warranty and vehicle service contracts, firearms, furniture and big-ticket delivery, adult, continuity billing, marketing agencies. We've placed all of it.
